Ralph 'Ted'  Rosselli
Ralph 'Ted' Rosselli, Sr. , 87

of Clearfield died on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the Christ the King Manor, DuBois.

He was born on February 5, 1927 in Clearfield, a son of the late Ernest and Mary (DeLappa) Rosselli.

Mr. Rosselli owned and operated Rosselli TV Sales in Clearfield from 1953 until 1984. He continued working in the business with his son until 2006.
He served with the US Navy during WW II.
Following his time in the service, he graduated from Temple University.
He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield, the Clearfield Sons of Italy Lodge and the Clearfield American Legion John Lewis Shade Post #6.

He is survived by two sons, Ernest Rosselli of Rockton and Ralph 'Ted' Rosselli, Jr. and wife Yvonne (McDowell) Rosselli of Du Bois; four grandchildren, Christy Albertson and husband Kevin, Chad Rosselli and wife Morgan, Angela Rosselli, Amy Gilga and husband Chris; five great grandchildren; a sister, Alice 'Dolly' Centra of Clearfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nickoletta R. (Fama) Rosselli on September 30, 2008 and whom he wed August 22, 1953 in St. Francis Church, Clearfield. He was also preceded in death by four brothers, Robert, Anthony and John Rosselli and Ernest Rosselli Jr.; a step sister, Mary Miller; and a step brother, Joseph Rosselli.

Mass of Christian burial will be said at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Wednesday at 1:30 pm with Msgr. H. Desmond McGee Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

Military honors will be accorded at the cemetery by the members of the Clearfield American Legion and VFW Posts Honor Guard.

Friends will be received at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Wednesday from 11- 1 pm.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Christ the King Manor, Memory Support Unit,1100 West Long Avenue DuBois or to St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield..
