Obituary for Caroline B. Moyer

Caroline B.  Moyer
Caroline B. Moyer, 86, of Clearfield died on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at the Penn Highlands Clearfield.

She was born on September 4, 1927 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Harold S. and Nellie (Irwin) Maney.

Mrs. Moyer was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time raising her family.

She is survived by three children, Larry Moyer and wife Kate, James Moyer and wife Michele and Lori Smith and husband Dan, all of Clearfield; four grandchildren, Jessica Rowles and husband Cory, Michael Moyer, Aaron Williams and wife Nikki and Allison Cossick and husband Thomas; six great grandchildren; two brothers Harold Maney of Maine and Harry 'Kenny' Maney of DuBois; five sisters, Arvilla Hagen of Janesville, Jane Kasunic of Ohio, Sharon Kowalcyk of Bigler, Charlotte Best of Curwensville and Penny Best of Clearfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence E. Moyer; two sisters Betty Merritt and Georgia Smith; and two brothers, James and Jackie Maney.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at 11:00 am with Dr. Duane A. White officiating. Interment will follow in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM and on Friday from 10-11 AM.
