Obituary for Jeannette R. Morgan (Nicholson)
Jeannette R. Morgan, 56, of Olanta went to be with her Lord on Monday, September 29, 2014 at her home.
She was born on March 17, 1958 in DuBois, a daughter of the late Clyde and Shirley (Jones) Nicholson.
Jeannette was employed at Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville. She had also worked at the former Days Inn, Clearfield and DDJ Manufacturing, Madera. She had a special love of pets and was a member of the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.
She is survived by her husband, Edward A. Morgan Sr. whom she wed May 12, 1985 in Clearfield; a son Edward A. Morgan Jr. and his fiancé Rose Morel of Kellytown; two brothers, David A. Nicholson of Olanta and Richard A. Nicholson and wife Nichole of Houtzdale; two aunts, Ruth Catino and husband Sam of Clearfield and Maude Johnson of Curwensville; and an uncle, James Jones of Clearfield.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville on Thursday at 11 AM with her son, Edward A. Morgan Jr. and Rev. Daniel M. Osterhout co-officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomington Cemetery, Curwensville.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday 9-11 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 26 S. Second Street, Clearfield.
