Obituary for James T. Pritts

James T.  Pritts
James T. 'Jim' Pritts, 34, of West Decatur passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Penn Highlands Clearfield.

He was born on November 27, 1979 in Clearfield, a son of Brion Pritts and Karen Fulmer.

Jim graduated from Clearfield High School in 1998 and then proceeded to graduate Penn Tech,Williamsport in 2001. He was employed by Lee Industries, Philipsburg. Jim enjoyed hunting and riding four wheelers; however, he most cherished the time he spent with his children, Caitlin and Nathan.

Jim is survived by his mother, Karen Fulmer and her husband Clifford of Woodland; his father, Brion Pritts of Rockton; two children, Caitlin and Nathan Pritts; a brother, Jeremy Pritts and wife LaManda of Clearfield; a sister, Vanessa Turner and husband Les of Clearfield; his maternal grandparents, William and Helen Hoover of Woodland; and a niece, Laila Moore.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bertrum and Annabelle Pritts.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to benefit Caitlin and Nathan at Timberland Federal Credit Union, 8764 Clearfield Curwensville Highway, Clearfield.

The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of arrangements.
