Message to the Family: There are so many memories I have between but I don't think there's enough time or space to write them. I'm so glad you got to stay with us for a couple wks not ling before you were gone. Our nightly walks, constantly painting our nails and then Alexa having to be a part of it. When you would leave Alexa always asking "where'd "Licia" go is her coming back home, spending hours in the bathroom getting ready and Tyler yelling about how long we taking. But most of all I will miss seeing your smiling face and laughing non stop while you were around. I don't think this will ever seem real to me and I wish it was just a dream but it's not. Message to the Family: I was never very close with Alicia.... however, I grew up around a lot of members of the Rougeux family. Any time I've ever been around her she seemed very nice. My heart goes out to her family and close friends. Although I was not very close with her I know she had a very loving family and she will be missed by many.

Message to the Family: Alicia your with all the other angels now. You had such a big personality that lit up any room you walked into. You always made a person feel like they were somebody. You never acted like you were above anyone and that is one thing I loved about you. I do believe god takes the best cause you now get to be in his awesome kingdom, where there is no pain!! I shared that dream - wanting to stay and watch the sunrises, the sunsets, the dolphins putting a show for us. Lazing and sleeping on the sand. You were fun to be with and I liked sharing with you and your mom. It is in that carefree light that I shall remember you by. You were a slim petite little pixie with a classic Audrey Hepburn look. My prayer is that you are now happier, with friends and family, moving on to what I am told is a better place. I am going to miss hearing the Alicia stories from mom about what you doing and where you are going. I can only take comfort in knowing that the loss of you here in this world is temporary as I will continue to hold you in my heart and remember the good times.
