RuthAnn Swatsworth, 68, of Clearfield died on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Penn Highlands DuBois.

She was born on May 10, 1946 in Columbia, PA.

RuthAnn was employed at McDonald's at both the downtown and Interstate locations in Clearfield. She also traveled with her husband, Dennis, while he drove truck for a living. She was christian by faith and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie Auxiliary Post No. 812, Clearfield.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis J. Swatsworth of Clearfield; five children, Richard Allen Thompson and wife Karen of Harrington, DE, Michael Heath Thompson of South Haven, MS, Karen Nice of MD, Bryan Scott Evans of Clearfield and Robert Shawn Evans of Clearfield; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Jackie of Milford, DE, Laurie Ellingsworth of Clearfield and Esther Herman of Fairfield, CA; and an aunt, Audrey Nau of Columbia, PA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her uncle, Sarge Kennedy.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev. Sam Maines officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomington Cemetery, Curwensville.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 9-11 am.
