Obituary for Joyce H. Cambria (Heyworth)

Joyce H.  Cambria (Heyworth)
Joyce H. Cambria, 89, of Greensboro, NC and formerly of Clearfield, died on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Beacon Place Hospice, Greensboro, NC.

She was born on October 27, 1925 in the United Kingdom, a daughter of the late Harold and Catherine (Barrett) Heyworth.
Mrs. Cambria was a homemaker where she was proud to raise her children. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield where she served as an Eucharistic Minister, lector, a member of the Rosary and Altar Society and taught RCIA. She was also a past board member of Child Welfare Services where she was a secretary and treasurer. She had also served on the Clearfield Children's Home board.

She is survived by five children, Anthony Sembiante and wife Kathy of Pittsburgh, Frank Joseph Cambria of NC, Linda O'Day and husband John of Burlington, NC, Anita Billotte and husband Ron of Whitsett, NC and Karen Pizzella and husband Matt of Baltimore, MD; eight grandchildren, Brian O'Day, Heather O'Day and Kristin O'Day Cleveland all of NC, Tom DeMurry and Bobbie DeMurry of PA, Aaron Billotte of GA, Adam Billotte of PA and Elyse Pizzella of MD; 6 great grandchildren, Jesen and Devin Billotte, Clara Rose and Tessa Cleveland, and Sean and Brendan O'Day.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Cambria on April 5, 2013 on whom she wed August 27, 1955 in Clearfield.

Mass of Christian burial will be said at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Saturday at 10 AM with Fr. Brandon Kleckner as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday from 5-7 PM and on Saturday from 9-9:30 AM.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield.
