Gerald P. Valimont, 72

of Clearfield died on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at his residence.

He was born on June 18, 1942 in Clearfield, a son of the late Clyde P. and Agnes M. (Folmar) Valimont.

He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield.

He is survived by four sisters, Kathryn Norris and husband Reuben of Clearfield, Mildred Maines and husband Jerry of Clearfield, Rosemary Robison of St. Marys and Jane Dusch of York; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Marjorie McCloskey.

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at 11:00 am with Sam Maines officiating.

Interment will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Frenchville.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 10 - 11 am.
