Obituary for Vincent T. "'Vinnie'" Libreatori Jr.

Vincent T. "'Vinnie'"  Libreatori Jr.
Vincent T. 'Vinnie' Libreatori, Jr., 72, of Clearfield died on Monday, May 30, 2016 at the Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.

He was born on May 4, 1944 in Clearfield, a son of the late Vincent T. and Josephine K. (Fama) Libreatori.

He retired from Sears, Clearfield after 25 years of employment as the auto manager. He had also worked for EM Brown, Inc.
He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield and was a 1962 graduate of Clearfield High School and attended Penn State DuBois.
He served in the US Army reserves for six years.
Vinnie enjoyed auctions, antique cars and attending car shows with his father and son.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Ann 'Penny' Libreatori; a son, Vincent 'Tom' Libreatori, III of Clearfield; a special granddaughter, Onyx Libreatori; a sister, Vicki Leitzinger and husband Philip of Homosassa, FL; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mass of Christian burial will be said at the St. Francis Catholic Church, Clearfield on Saturday at 10 am with Father John L. Miller as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

There will be no public visitation.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund, 212 South Front Street, Clearfield or to the American Cancer Society 26 S. Second Street Clearfield.

The Kevin A Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of the arrangements.
