Obituary for Patricia A. "Pat" Daugherty (Ackerson)
Patricia A. 'Pat' Daugherty, 84, of Grampian died on Friday, September 2, 2016 at her home.
She was born on March 15, 1932 in Marion Center, a daughter of the late Arthur and Isabell (Crissmon) Ackerson.
Mrs. Daugherty was employed as a seamstress for Wriglesworth Interiors, retiring in 1993. She also enjoyed gardening and crafts.
She is survived by her siblings, Arthur Ackerson and wife Janet of FL, Larry Ackerson and wife Bertha of Marion Center, Richard Ackerson and wife Patty of Creekside and Karen Johnson and husband Thomas of Indiana, PA.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John 'Jack' S. Daugherty on August 24, 2014 and whom she wed August 11, 1951; and a sister Shirley Jean Stanley formerly of Aurora, OH.
At the request of Mrs. Daugherty, there will be no public services held at this time.
The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville is in charge of arrangements.
