You know what a special time that was for the young people of Clearfield. They watched out for so many kids, and provided a safe place for them to gather. Condolence: To Gene's family: You mom and dad were literal icons to us who grew up in Clearfield. Lunsford's Drive-in was THE place to go and teenagers of my era to socialize, hang out, learn where this weekend's party was. When we came back from college, the first stop was Lunsford's -- because that's where EVERYONE was or would soon be. I know we were sometimes a pain in a butt for putting up with us, but your parents were THE BEST!! They looked out after us and tolerated us because they really cared about us...heck, even disciplined us. Thank you for sharing them with us and giving us memories!
