Obituary for Ellen J. Roussel (Veindeffer)
Ellen J. Roussel, 85, of Curwensville passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018 at her home.
She was born on February 6, 1933 in Clearfield, a daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Bailor) Veindeffer.
After being born, raised and living part of her life around the area, Mrs. Roussel moved to Slidell, LA where she lived for over 30 years. After surviving Hurricane Katrina, Mrs. Roussel moved back home to Curwensville.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathy Wilder of Morrisdale, Fran Luparello of Curwensville, and Vicki Richardson of Terrell, TX; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two sisters, Pearl Baney Carraway of Lake City, FL, and Cecilia Hoover Dale Isidro of Curwensville.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Curwensville on Saturday at 11 AM. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 10-11 AM.
