Obituary for Eva B. Gouldthread (Lewis)
Eva B. Gouldthread, 94, of Grampian died on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Brookside Senior Living, Brookville.
She was born on December 3, 1926 in Pitcairn, a daughter of the late Edward and Carrie (Bell) Lewis.
Mrs. Gouldthread was a homemaker who enjoyed her family.
She was a member and most recently attended theCurwensville Alliance Church. She had also attended the Curwensville First Baptist Church and the Bell's Landing Baptist Church, where she was very involved with church activities.
She is survived by four children, Roger Gouldthread and wife Diane of Northumberland, Pamela Bodle of MI, Randy Gouldthread and wife Bonnie of Weedville, and Penny Orner and husband David of Rockton; and eleven grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer 'Scat' Lee Gouldthread on January 29, 2002 and whom she wed January 1, 1951 in Webster Springs, WV. She was also preceded in death by sister, Mildred Wolstenholme; and two brothers, Edward Lewis, Jr., and David Lewis.
Funeral services will be private. Interment will follow in the Watts Cemetery, Mahaffey.
