Mrs. Plummer was a peach. Although I lived far away, when I visited her in Clearfield on Park Avenue, her smile was infectious and so kind. She was my mom’s cousin. I remember being at her home on West Pine Street too with her and Aunt Lily. Growing up, they were a big part of my life. Her sand tart cookies were always my favorite at Christmas. Helen had an excitement for life, and she dearly loved both of her daughters. Rest in peace.
