Obituary for Kathy Ann Oswald
Kathy Ann Oswald, 68, of Curwensville died on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at the Penn Highlands DuBois.
She was born on November 19, 1953 in El Paso, a daughter of the late EJ and Pauline (Rusk) Huffman.
Mrs. Oswald spent most of her life in Louisiana where she decorated cakes. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting and reading her bible. When she moved to Pennsylvania, she enjoyed sightseeing.
She is survived by two daughters, April Summers and husband Steve of Curwensville, and Heather Penley and husband Jonathan of New Iberia, LA; two sons, Ian Oswald and wife Sheri of Carson City, NV, and Jeremy Oswald and wife Emily of Rosepine, LA; eleven grandchildren, Jaxson, Hope, Brianna, Catherine, Jonathan, Drew, Emily, Terrance, Xavier, Jody, and Riley; a great-grandson, James; two brothers, John Huffman and wife Debbie, and David Huffman and wife Edith; and a sister, Peggy Rowell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Barry Oswald on August 7, 2017 and whom she wed March 18, 1972. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Annette Huffman.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
