Obituary for Patrick G. Mowery Sr.
Patrick G. Mowery Sr., 68, of Woodland died on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at UPMC Altoona.
He was born on March 17, 1953 in Philipsburg, a son of the late Albert and Mary (Gingery) Mowery.
Pat attended the Clearfield High School and was employed at Penn Lines and the Cigar Factory. He was a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie No. 812, Clearfield as well as the B.J.W. Fire Hall. In his spare time, he loved hunting, fishing and camping.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (Smeal) Mowery; three children, Patrick Mowery, Jr. of Shiloh, Angela Lumadue and husband Ed of Bigler, and Jamie Mowery of Shiloh; three grandchildren, Nathan, Breelynn, and Aubree; and a brother, Edwin Mowery and wife Robin of Woodland.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Mowery.
A memorial service will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Tuesday at 11 AM with Rev. Stanley M. Wisor officiating. Interment will follow in the Bradford Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10-11 AM.
