Arthur Wallace Kifer II, 68, passed away on July 26, 2025, at his home.
He was born January 15, 1957 in Clearfield, the son of Russell 'Pete' Kifer Sr. and Dolores (Rowles) Kifer.
Artie was a welder for A.W. Kifer & Sons, St. Marys Powdered Metal, Brookville Powdered Metal, and lastly worked at Reichdrill of Philipsburg.
He was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God of Clearfield.
Artie was a very avid musician who played in several bands and played at various churches. He could play any instrument and would also sing. He was a choir director for Teen Challenge. He also enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Markay (Centra) Kifer whom he wed July 31, 2010; his mother Dolores Kifer of Curwensville; four children, Jessica Gardner of Clearfield, Brandon James Kifer of Philipsburg, Ray Bloom of Clearfield, and Autumn Zendek of Bellefonte; step children, Lisa Davis of CT, and Rodney Boalich of Clearifeld; grandchildren, Jaden, Sidney, TJ, Hannah, Tiffany, Isiah, and Christian, Summer, Mia, and Ramsey; three great-grandchildren; and siblings, Sharon Caldwell of Woodland, Carla Verelli and husband David of Curwensville, and Russell Kifer Jr. and wife Patti of West Decatur.
Arthur is preceded in death by father, Russell 'Pete' Kifer Sr.; an infant son, William Russell Kifer; a grandson, Logan Lupton; and a brother, Michael Kifer. A funeral service will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 1 PM with Kathie Ann Piercy officiating.
A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at from 11 AM - 1 PM.
Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
