Cecelia Ann Kelly, 72, of Clearfield passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at the Penn Highlands DuBois.
She was born on February 5, 1949 in Philipsburg, a daughter of the late Anthony and Dorothy Ann (Frelin) Hugney.
Cece was an alumni of the Clearfield Hospital School of Nursing and Penn State University. She was a nurse at the Clearfield Hospital for many years, and later retired from Windy Hill Village, Philipsburg. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and cats. Cece's grandson played a big role in her life and she loved him dearly.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Frenchville.
She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Dysard and husband Adam of Clearfield; a grandson, Drew; a step grandson, Andrew; a brother, Philip Hugney and wife Jeanne of Frenchville; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews; an aunt, Jean Frelin; and a sister-in-law, Karen Hugney.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, August N. Hugney.
Mass of Christian burial will be said at the St. Mary Catholic Church, Frenchville on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 11 AM with Fr. David A. Perry Jr. as celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Frenchville
