Charlotte 'Jean' Passmore, 73, passed away on March 9, 2026, at Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation.
She was born July 11, 1952, the daughter of Henry and Eleanor (Bumbarger) Russell.
She is survived by three children, Brad Passmore and wife Joanne, Rick Passmore, and Darlene Passmore; four grandchildren, Kyle, Kaleb, Adara, and Isabelle; and three great grandchildren, Aria, Zola, and Garrison.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard N. Passmore on August 14, 2024.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Interment will be in the Bloomington Cemetery, Curwensville.
The family suggest memorial contributions be made to the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging, 600 Cooper Rd, Curwensville, PA 16833.
