Clifford L. Thompson, 86, passed away on June 10, 2025, at the DuBois Nursing Home.

He was born August 5, 1938, the son of H. Cecil Thompson and Erma (Daugherty) Thompson.

Clifford was a the proud owner of Thompson's Barber Shop and also worked as a truck driver and retired from TL Bainey Trucking in 1994. Upon his retirement, he worked full time in his barbershop.

He loved to fish and tie flies and also enjoyed hunting. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved his wife dearly.

Mr. Thompson served with the U.S. Air Force from 1959 - 1965. He served in Morocco where he worked on Titan missiles.

He is survived by his daughter, Debra Allshouse and husband Thomas of DuBois; grandchildren, Sam Kurten, Clifford Kurten, Betsy Kaizer, Alison Kurten, and Brittany Tekely; fifteen great-grandchildren; and a sister, Joyce Dell.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, E. Lorraine Thompson on September 15, 2004 whom he wed October 17, 1959. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jill Tekely; and three brothers, Donald Thompson, Charles 'Bud' Thompson, and Richard 'Dick' Thompson.

Honoring Clifford's wishes, there will be no public services.

Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
