Dallis Ardary

Dallis M. Ardary, 87, of Clearfield died on Sunday, November 26, 2023 at Penn Highlands DuBois.

She was born on April 25, 1936, a daughter of the late Emerson and Josephine (Godin) Kyler.

Mrs. Ardary graduated from Clearfield High School. She worked various places including the cafeteria in the Clearfield School District, JoAnn Fabrics and Colonial Courtyard. She was a member of T.O.P.S. and enjoyed camping, cooking and putting together photo albums of friends and family. Mrs. Ardary loved her family and cherished her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a member and deaconess of the Clearfield Alliance Church where she used to be very active in vacation bible school, the Good News Club, teaching Sunday School and involved with the Mahaffey Camp. She also volunteered at the Clearfield Alliance Christian School. She was diligent in reading her bible and attending the Christian Women's Bible Study.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Ardary; three children, Donna Sloppy and husband Denny of Woodland, Jeanette Wallace and husband Todd of Curwensville, and Bryan Ardary and wife Darlene of Curwensville; a daughter-in-law, Carolyne Ardary of Clearfield; ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; a sister, Violet Confer and husband Phil of Huntingdon; and a brother, Arthur Kyler and wife Inge of MI.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Ardary; a brother, Daniel Kyler; and two sisters, Margie Mattern and Shirley Hile.

Funeral services will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Friday at 12 PM with Pastor Scott Schultz officiating. Interment will follow in the Eden Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 10 AM - 12 PM.
