David W. Kennedy II

David W. Kennedy II, 57, of Frenchville, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Penn Highlands Clearfield.

David was born August 13, 1968, in Lewiston, NY, the son of David W. Kennedy and Katherine (Conrad) Wallace. On September 18, 1996, David married the love of his life, Charlotte (Josephson) Kennedy.

He was employed by Joe Price Acoustics in North Carolina, installing acoustical ceilings. He was very gifted at his craft and his work has been published in Armstrong Acoustical Ceiling books. In his spare time, David liked to read, watch NASCAR racing, Blue Bloods, and Forged in Fire. He also loved Ford trucks. David found great joy in watching his children and grandchildren grow up.

In addition to his wife, David is survived by his mother, Katherine Wallace; six children: Derek (Amberaye) Gummo, Justin (CarrieJo) Gummo, David 'Trey' (Katie) Kennedy III, Arizona (Ben) Kennedy, Kassidi (Leroy) Knepp, and Aubrey (Robert) Kennedy; sixteen beloved grandchildren; two brothers: Nathan Kennedy and Jim Kennedy; a sister, July Korb; his beloved dog, Kk, and several nieces and nephews.

David is preceded in death by his father, David Kennedy and a brother, Jeremiah Kennedy.

Honoring David's wishes, there will be no public services. However, there will be a party, like he wanted, during the summer to celebrate him.
