Diana Lynne Krebs

Diana Lynne Krebs, 65, passed away on May 27, 2026, at the Hershey Medical Center.

She was born July 31, 1960, the daughter of Albert 'Jack' Shimmel and Nancy (Godissart) Shimmel.

Diane retired from the Tyrone Post Office in 2023 after 27 years of service with the USPS. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting, knitting, and tending to her garden. Diane had a great sense of humor and a very stoic personality. Above all, she loved being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother, Nancy Shimmel; four children, Elizabeth (Shawn) Krebs, Danielle (Mikey) Fleck, Kellie Jackson, and Marvin (Ashly) Krebs; nine grandchildren, Olivia Uncles, Kerrie Rose, Evelyn Krebs, Logan Krebs, Levi Krebs, Magdalynn Jackson, Kallie Fleck, Walter Jackson, Rihanna Fleck; brothers, Larry (Debra) Shimmel, Mitchell (Jamie) Shimmel; sisters, Patricia Askey, Brenda Scaife, and Michelle (Scott) Bailey.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kerrie Ann Krebs; and a brother-in-law, Jerry Askey.

Honoring Diana's wishes, there will be no public services.
