of Clearfield died on Wednesday, September 15, 2004 at Clearfield Hospital.
She was born on September 10, 1936 in LeContes Mills, PA, a daughter of Esther R. (Kyler) Kephart of Shawville and the late Boyd L. Kephart.
Mrs. Thompson was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Clearfield.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Clifford L. Thompson, whom she married October 17, 1959 in Latrobe, PA

Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday at 4:00 P.M. with Dr. Duane A. White officiating. Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8:00 PM and on Friday from 3-4:00 PM
