Foster M. Luzier

Foster M. Luzier, 89, passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Knickerbocker Villa.

He was born in Clearfield on September 16, 1935.

Mr. Luzier was Protestant by faith.

He was a self-employed carpenter for Foster M. Luzier & Sons where he truly enjoyed his work, especially masonry. He enjoyed being creative building fire places and other things. When he wasn't working, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Foster is survived by his children, Gary (Bev) Luzier of Milton, Brian (Marie) Luzier of Woodland, Kay (Charlie) Robison of Clearfield, Sue (Ron) Clontz of Falling Waters, WV; 9 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mona Jane Luzier on September 27, 2011. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Paul Luzier and a sister, Mattie Jane Witmer.

A visitation will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory, Clearfield on Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 10 - 11 AM. A graveside service will follow at Mount Joy Cemetery with Pastor Scott Schultz officiating.
