Grace L. Stiner

Grace L. Stiner, 90, of LeContes Mills, passed away on Monday, May 12, 2025, at her home.

Mrs. Stiner was born July 7, 1934, in Clearfield the daughter of the late Boyce and Edna (Proud) Wooster.

She was a former member of LeContes Mills Church of Christ. She had been employed as a cook at the Goshen Elementary School. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting and gardening, always loving to see bright, beautiful flowers. She loved to sit at camp and feed the deer and bear. She also loved to fish.

Mrs. Stiner is survived by two children, Margaret Liegey and husband Allen of Benezette, and Gary Stiner and wife Deborah of Morrisdale; three grandchildren, Chad Liegey, Jason Liegey, and Billie Jo Ember and husband Paul; three great grandchildren, Joseph, Taylor, and Jennifer; and a great great grandson.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donal L. Stiner on August 3, 2023; and two brothers, Earl Wooster and Ray Wooster.

A funeral service will be held at the Beardsley Funeral Home & Crematory, Clearfield on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Raymond Stiner officiating. Burial will be in the Gillingham Cemetery.

Visiation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 9 AM - 11 AM at Beardsley Funeral Home & Crematory at 9:00 AM.
