Harold "Harry" Luce Jr., 65, of Clearfield, PA, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Born on September 22, 1960, he was the son of Dorothy Jane Luce (Clark) and the late Harold Luce Sr. He was a 1979 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School.
Harry's most remarkable qualities were his dedication and devotion. He spent 39 years working as a manager in the truck service industry, primarily with the Travel Centers of America. He was well known throughout his career as someone with unwavering work ethic and strong business acumen.
Outside of work, he was a devoted son, taking diligent care of his aging mother in her home until his passing. He was an exceptionally loving father and grandfather, joining many family vacations at the beach, the lake, or the mountains, and was always first at the table for Sunday dinner. He loved fishing, hunting, music, and four-wheeler riding, and never missed a Steelers game. His humor, candor, reliability, and unconditional love will be profoundly missed by many family members and friends.
In addition to his mother, Harry is survived by his daughter, Lindsay J. Miller (Luce) and her husband, Emerson, of Port Matilda, his sister, Cindy Luzier of Clearfield, his grandchildren, Dymitri and Mattea Miller of Port Matilda, and his nephew, Matthew Luzier and his wife, Stephanie, of Michigan.
Family and friends will be received at the Clearfield Presbyterian Church, 119 N. 2nd St, Clearfield, PA, on Saturday, November 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A service will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Charles Barney.
