Reverend Lewis Henry, 88
formerly of Clearfield, died on Monday, January 5, 2004 at Hurley Medical Center, Flint, Michigan. He currently resided at the Fostrian Court Assisted Living in Flushing, MI for two years.
He was born on September 15, 1915 in Rogersville, TN, a son of the late Charles and Annis (Chestnut) Henry.
He was the oldest living member of the Clearfield Free Methodist Church and ministered at the St. John Baptist Church for several years. He always shared his love for Christ wherever he went.
He worked at Robinson Clay Products, Brown Construction and retired from PennDOT. He also served in the CC Camp.
He is survived by six children

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Delores (Carter) Henry, on July 13, 1990 a son Robert Lewis Henry, two sisters Helen Petway and Sue Creamer and a brother Arthur Henry.
Funeral services will be held at the Clearfield Free Methodist Church on Saturday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Randy Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Clearfield.
Friends will be received at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Friday from
2-4 & 6-8 PM and at the church on Saturday from 10-10:45 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Free Methodist Church, 520 Turnpike Ave., Clearfield, PA 16830
