Lindsey Marie Welder, 12 of Surveyor died on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
She was born on October 25, 1996 in Clearfield, a daughter of Clair M. and Leila (Jackson) Welder of Surveyor.
Lindsey was a sixth grade student at the Clearfield Middle School where she was a high honor student. While in elementary school, Lindsey was a member of the yearbook committee.
She enjoyed being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
She is survived by her twin sister,
Lacy Dawn Welder
a sister and brother,
Travis and Cassie Jackson
her paternal grandparents,
Clair and Viola Welder of Philipsburg
a nephew, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Walter Sr. & Elmina June Jackson.
Funeral services will be held at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield on Tuesday at 11:00 A.M. with Evangelist Raymond Stiner officiating. Interment will be in the Eden Cemetery, Shawville, RD.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 2-8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10-11:00 AM
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, 113 N. Third Street, Clearfield PA 16830.
