Margaret J. 'Peggy' Duttry

Margaret J. 'Peggy' Rishel Duttry, 92, of Curwensville passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at her home. 

She was born July 9, 1933, the daughter of Robert and Geniveve (Buzzard) Rishel.

Mrs. Duttry was Baptist by faith.

She worked in the office at the Clearfield Hospital for many years and as a hairdresser.  She later 
sold furniture while residing in Florida.

Peggy is survived by her husband, Leslie 'Bud' Duttry whom she wed June 16, 1951; three children, 
Cindy Michael of Curwensville, Tom (Jan) Duttry of Clearwater, FL, Rev. Bill (Pam) Duttry of Milford, OH, 
and daughter-in-law Laura Duttry of Clearwater, FL; ten grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; 
one great-great grandchild; and a sister, Joanne Duttry of Clearfield. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Michael Duttry; three brothers, 
Bobby Rishel, and Ken Rishel and Bill Rishel and two sisters, Betty Robison and Patty Bressler. 

Honoring Peggy's wishes, there will be no public services. 

Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Curwensville.

Beardsley Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
