Max David Lohman, 26, passed away on April 29, 2025 in Plum, PA.
He was born February 21, 1999 in Westminster, Colorado, the son of Douglas Lohman and Maribeth "Beth" (Shaffer) Evans.
Max was a proud member of Laborers' Union Local #824 and worked as a pipeliner for Hanging H Companies. Which gave him the opportunity to travel the country and work outdoors, which he loved.
Max was a vibrant soul whose presence filled every room with laughter, warmth, and energy. He had an unmatched love for life, whether he was lifting weights at the gym, blasting his favorite songs, or cracking a perfectly timed joke that left everyone in stitches. Max adored his sisters fiercely and cherished every moment spent with his close-knit circle of friends. A lifelong baseball fan, Max had a deep love for the game and was a proud supporter of the St. Louis Cardinals.
A man of unique style, Max never met a sneaker or cowboy boot he didn't like - often sporting both with equal pride. He appreciated life's simple pleasures: a cold beer after a long day, the rich comfort of a good cup of coffee, and the joy of spontaneous conversations. Though he had a knack for misplacing his wallet and car keys, his unforgettable charm more than made up for it.
Max's spirit was magnetic, his laughter contagious, and his heart wide open. He leaves behind a legacy of love, humor, and unforgettable memories. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
He is survived by his mother, Maribeth 'Beth' Evans and husband Robert of Clearfield, and his father, Douglas Lohman and wife Cindy of Springfield, MO; two sisters, Alli Lohman of Houston, TX, and Madi Evans of Clearfield, a step brother, Ryan Fleming and wife Bethany of Springfield, MO; an uncle, Steven Taylor and wife Cindy; an aunt, Mindy (Danny) Shaffer; and a step-grandmother, Merle Medlock.
Max is preceded in death by his sister, Ava Evans; paternal grandparents, Richard and Patricia Lohman; maternal grandparents, Samuel and Anita Shaffer; uncle, Edwin Shaffer; and his beloved bulldog, Rocko.
