Michael Leroy Aughenbaugh

Michael L. Aughenbaugh, 61, passed away on February 5, 2026, at his home.

He was born September 10, 1964, the son of Richard Aughenbaugh and Bonnie (Sloppy) Aughenbaugh.

Michael was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed camping, hiking, and canoeing. He also enjoyed woodworking and making spoons.

He is survived by his children, Lucas Aughenbaugh and wife Lexi, and LeeAnna Aughenbaugh and companion Geno Conrad; grandchildren, Carter and Laine; siblings, Rich Aughenbaugh and wife Cindy, and Teresa Elensky and husband Andy; a brother-in-law, Scott Moore, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kelly (Curtis) Aughenbaugh on May 14, 2021 whom she wed in February of 1988. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Pam Moore.

Honoring Michael's wishes, there will be no public services.
