William E. Freeman

William Erman 'Bill' Freeman, 84, of Stronach, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at his home.

He was born on July 28, 1940 in Grampian, a son of the late William L. and Bertha (Peters) Freeman.

William was a past member of the former United Methodist Church in Grampian. He owned and operated the Freeman Trucking Company

He is survived by his wife, Julia E. (McCall) Freeman whom he wed June 14, 1958 in Winchester, VA; two sons, William A. Freeman and wife Rebecca of Lumber City, and Michael S. Freeman and husband Dr. Dana of Boalsburg; two granddaughters, Brandi Coover, and Brittine Krise; and four great grandchildren, Hunter, Liam, Skylar, and MaKenna.

In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by two sisters, Leah Mae Gum and Bonnie Jean Stone; and an infant sister, Ellen Jane Freeman.

At William's request, there will be no viewing or service observed. Final resting place will be at Centre Cemetery, Hyde.
