Obituary for Ralph Russell Roseberry

Ralph Russell  Roseberry
Ralph Russell Roseberry, age 58, of Clearfield, died Friday, May 31, 2013, with his family by his side after a courageous battle with leukemia.

He was born December 8, 1954, in Clearfield, a son of the late P. Raymond and Jeanette (Armstrong Huff) Roseberry who survives.

Ralph attended Clearfield High School. He was a dedicated employee with Purcell Tire Company for 30 years and focused most of his efforts in sales.

He was a member of the Clearfield Fire Department, an avid fisherman, enjoyed watching sports and auto racing, gardening, and traveling with his family to the beach. Ralph also played baseball throughout his youth and teens and was a Cleveland Indians fan.

Ralph was the beloved husband for 40 years to Deborah (Taylor) Roseberry; loving father of Lauren Owens and her husband Barry and Brian Roseberry and his wife Natasha; cherished pappy of Melia Roseberry; devoted brother of Jessie Morandini and husband Joe, Regina Beinhauer and husband Rick, Allen Roseberry and wife Betty, and the late Janet Snyder. He was the son-in-law of Lewis Taylor and the late Marlene (Passmore) Taylor; brother-in-law of Kenneth Taylor and wife Charity and Rodney Taylor and wife Amanda. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. on Friday and from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday when services will be held in the Kevin Beardsley Funeral Home, 113 N 3rd St. (814-765-5731). Funeral arrangements provided by Beinhauer Family Funeral Homes, Pittsburgh, PA. Interment in Hillcrest Cemetery. Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Cancer Society or your local SPCA. Ralph and his family are deeply grateful for the care he received this past year at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Zion, Illinois, and at the Nathaniel D. Yingling Cancer Center in Clearfield, PA. His family asks that you continue his legacy by considering becoming a blood or bone marrow donor.
