Obituary for Stephen Blaine Billotte

Stephen Blaine Billotte
Stephen Blaine Billotte, 50, of Clearfield passed away on Friday, April 18, 2014.

He was born on March 8, 1964 in Cheyenne, WY a son of the late Brigitte (Brandt) Billotte Schubert and Blaine Billotte and his companion Arlene Neeper of Clearfield.

Stephen was currently employed at TMP Acquisitions, Hyde and had formerly been employed at InterFuse in Woodland. He attended The Presbyterian Church, Clearfield. Stephen graduated from Clearfield High School in 1982 and enjoyed NASCAR, especially following Jeff Gordon. Following this enjoyment of car racing, he enjoyed the stock car racing at the local track and was a crewman for Butch and Cody Schultz's #7 late model. When he wasn't involving himself with racing, Stephen liked to watch football, being an avid Dallas Cowboys and Penn State fan. Above all, he loved to spend time with Roni Sue, either riding motorcycles together or hunting with her.

In addition to his father, Stephen is survived by his wife, Roni Sue (Miller) Billotte whom he wed on May 23, 1997; three children, Josh Orcutt and wife Donna of Grampian, Kayla Billotte and companion Brandon Vasbinder of Grove City and Keane Billotte and wife Shailee of Clearfield; four grandchildren; a sister, Tracy Price and husband Bob of Gap; a brother, Michael Billotte and wife Amy of Brookville; his mother-in-law, Pat Lane of Clearfield; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Willard and Helen Billotte; his maternal grandparents, Himie and Hanna Talkawsky; and his father-in-law, James 'Skip' Lane.

A memorial service will be held at The Presbyterian Church, Clearfield on Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. J. Robert Mellgard officiating.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to The Presbyterian Church, 119 N. Second Street, Clearfield or the Charity of One's Choice.

The Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield is in charge of arrangements.
