Obituary for Delores R. "Dodie" Hatten (Hatten)
Delores R. 'Dodie' Hatten, 72, of Curwensville died on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the Ridgeview Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Curwensville.
She was born on September 28, 1942 in Clearfield, a daughter of Carl Hatten of Brookville and the late Martha (Danvir) Hatten.
Dodie graduated in 1960 from the Curwensville Area High School and had been employed at the DuBois Hospital in the pharmacy department. She was quite an accomplished painter and a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, Grampian.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her six brothers and sisters, Norman Hatten and wife Sandra of Grampian, Terry Hatten and wife Tammy of Curwensville, Joanne Nelen of Grampian, Patricia Litz and husband Monty of Spring Valley, Judith McCombs and husband Edward of Grampian and Karen Hatten of Clearfield; and several nieces and nephews.
All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery, Grampian.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 26 S. Second Street, Clearfield.
