My sincere condolences to all of Joe’s family and especially to my childhood buddy, Marcel. Joe was a long time respected friend of my father and one of the neighborhood adults that helped properly raise my “energetic” friends and I. We all knew that if we messed up around any of our parents we were going to pay for it twice over. I enjoyed visiting with Joe when I was able to get by to see him whenever we were in Clearfield. He served gallantly as a soldier for his country and as a soldier for Christ. Regrettably I will not be able pay my respects in person, but please know that Joe will always be on my short list of positive role models. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
