Sharon and Sheila: We are all deeply saddened and sorry on hearing the news of your Dad’s passing. As you know, he was a very important member of our family for many years and we have countless wonderful memories of him and all of our times together. We will miss him greatly. Please understand and forgive me, as for obvious reasons, I could not take the chance of possibly inflicting anymore pain or confusion on my mom by having her attend the viewing or the funeral.
